You'll perform essential tasks like preventative maintenance, system calibration, and quality testing. Salary: $23 - $30 per hour

6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Education:

High School

• Perform preventative maintenance and electrical or mechanical repairs on a variety of equipment.
• Work with engineers to set up, calibrate, and support manufacturing systems.
• Use sophisticated programs to collect and analyze data, making real‑time adjustments to products and equipment.
• Conduct rework and quality testing to ensure the highest standards are met.
• Document and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) precisely.
• Collaborate with a team to solve problems and continuously improve our processes.

• A high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trade environment.
• A strong electro‑mechanical aptitude and a basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a desire to learn new systems and procedures quickly.
• A high level of initiative, a curious mind, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
• The flexibility to work off‑hours if needed.

• Work in a smoke‑free environment.
• Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 8 hours at a time.
• Work up to 8 hours of overtime per week.
• Work weekends.

• Electronic Maintenance.
• Mechanical Maintenance (2 years of experience required).
• Blueprint Reading.
