You'll perform essential tasks like preventative maintenance, system calibration, and quality testing. Salary: $23 - $30 per hour

6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Education:
High School
- Perform preventative maintenance and electrical or mechanical repairs on a variety of equipment.
- Work with engineers to set up, calibrate, and support manufacturing systems.
- Use sophisticated programs to collect and analyze data, making real‑time adjustments to products and equipment.
- Conduct rework and quality testing to ensure the highest standards are met.
- Document and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) precisely.
- Collaborate with a team to solve problems and continuously improve our processes.
- A high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trade environment.
- A strong electro‑mechanical aptitude and a basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a desire to learn new systems and procedures quickly.
- A high level of initiative, a curious mind, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- The flexibility to work off‑hours if needed.
- Work in a smoke‑free environment.
- Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for 8 hours at a time.
- Work up to 8 hours of overtime per week.
- Work weekends.
- Electronic Maintenance.
- Mechanical Maintenance (2 years of experience required).
- Blueprint Reading.
- Analytical Thinking (2 years of experience required).
- Problem Solving (2 years of experience required).
