Position Overview
The Manufacturing Operator plays a critical role in supporting high-quality production within the Filling Department. This position is responsible for filling, capping, labeling, and assembling sub‑assemblies and finished goods while maintaining strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Much of the work is performed in clean manufacturing environments requiring PPE.
Key Responsibilities- Fill, cap, label, and assemble vials, bottles, and tubes according to established procedures
- Operate manual and semi-automated filling equipment safely
- Work in cleanroom and standard manufacturing environments while following PPE and safety requirements
- Complete required training and comply with ISO and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively to meet daily production goals
- Identify and address deviations to prevent non-conforming products
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
- Maintain strong attendance and punctuality
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in life sciences or regulated manufacturing preferred
- Ability to follow procedures and schedules independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to lift: 10 lbs regularly, 25 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment Perks:

- Pay Rate: $22/hour
