Senior Engineering Portfolio Lead role d globally scoped engineering initiatives and partner with product management to deliver world‑class products supporting revenue over $40B.

• Build, manage and lead a global team of over 100 engineers.
• End‑to‑end delivery of a portfolio of products on time, on budget and against quality standards.
• Manage an overall P&L budget exceeding $X million.
• Design, develop and operate multi‑tenant, global, highly available products following EY’s engineering operating model.
• Optimize ROI for development and operational costs.
• Drive adoption of platforms across CT, EY and external partners.
• Implement site reliability engineering practices and capabilities.
• Advise on technology and platform strategy and standards for Client Technology.
• Scout emerging technologies and drive innovation.
• Drive an engineering culture that attracts and retains top talent.

• Collaborate with technology teams across EY Service Lines as a thought leader.
• Participate in client pursuits as the lead representative for EY in the platform and cloud space.

• Balanced experience managing delivery organization with hands‑on software development.
• Expert in full product development lifecycle and global cloud‑based products.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering concepts and application/infrastructure architectures.
• Expert knowledge of modern multi‑cloud platforms and services.
• Leadership qualities: teamwork, communication, inclusive culture.
• Experience managing large IT budgets and driving efficiencies.
• Customer‑centric leadership focused on business value.
• Fiscally responsible financial control.
• International travel and flexible work day expected.

• University degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• 15+ years of experience in technology or professional services.
• 5+ years managing senior staff and offshore teams.
• Understanding of IT life cycle, pipeline, resource and project delivery.
• Outstanding self‑management and influence skills.

Base salary range for US: $134,200 to $258,300, with regional adjustments. EY provides comprehensive medical, dental, pension, 401(k) and paid time off. EY accepts applications on an on‑going basis.
