We are looking to add a Material Handler I to our team. If you are reliable, have an attention to detail, enjoy working in a startup environment, and are passionate about supporting manufacturing, repair, and rework for an exciting product line of satellite communications equipment, we would like to hear from you.

• Contribute to the orderly operation of stock and/or materials storage area.
• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
• Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
• Locate and pack materials for shipping.
• Document materials and record units delivered and location of units.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
• Document product shipment by recording units shipped.
• Operate pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks.
• Keep inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.
• Open containers, sort, and catalog materials.
• Learn and adhere to workplace safety regulations.
• Observe and participate in process improvement activities and support a culture of continuous improvement.

• Entry level position with no prior experience. Material Handling experience required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient with prioritizing tasks and meeting multiple deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Process improvement mindset.
• Ability to lift heavy materials.
• Data entry skills and the ability to read and analyze information.
