• Work under minimal supervision and apply advanced skills in pastry production.
• Coordinate production flow, order products, and organize the production area.
• Oversee quality of products, monitor shrink and implement quality controls.
• Manage special orders, oversee shifts, lunches, and breaks.
• Order raw ingredients, maintain sanitation, and monitor equipment.
• Assist in training new partners, support operational excellence and food safety initiatives.

• 5-8 years of related experience in pastry or baking.
• Knowledge of commercial baking procedures, equipment, and department products.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

• Function in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Lift 20 lbs or more occasionally.
