Position Summary

In this role as an Equipment Technician you will be responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set‑up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, and performing rework and quality testing related to the process and production of memory chips and logic. You will use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in‑line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes, determine and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process, and comply with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.

And Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and change point management (CPM) to keep equipment and processes running effectively.
• Troubleshoot failures and follow scripts to anticipate future failures.
• Monitor equipment and processes in real time and proactively look for ways to improve processes.
• Work as a team member and communicate on a regular basis.

Skills And Qualifications

• Any 2‑year technical certification (TTI, ITT, Trade Cert, HVAC, etc); 3+ ASE certs or 4 years Semiconductor Technician experience (no cert, passes test); or 4 years equivalent technical Military service.
• 2+ years prior work experience.
• Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation.
• Advanced experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem‑solving skills, ability to learn quickly.
• Experience working in a continuous improvement, fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Familiarity with TPM concepts.
• Detailed and task oriented with a customer service, team work and flexibility mindset.
• Ability to strictly adhere to SOPs.
• Ability to work off‑hours if necessary.
• Electro‑mechanical aptitude, and basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity.

Day Shifts Include

A Shift – Sunday through Tuesday (6:45 am – 7:15 pm) with alternating Wednesdays. C Shift – Thursday through Saturday (6:45 am – 7:15 pm) with alternating Wednesdays.
