• Perform product testing according to defined criteria using ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, HiPot testers, digital multimeters, and clamp‑on CTs.
• Inspect products and monitor equipment dashboards to identify issues.
• Conduct wiring, cable prep, and assembly per schematics and drawings.
• Troubleshoot test problems and elevate through quality tools.
• Document repairs, quality checks, and performance data.
• Support new equipment/process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area following 5S and safety policies.
• Assist less experienced associates and participate in cross‑functional projects.
• Basic computer skills are required.

• 3 years mechanical, electrical, or related experience in a production environment.
• Associate degree in Electronic Technology preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and bills of material.
• Proficient with hand/power tools and basic computer skills (Excel, Word, SAP).
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.
• May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Work overtime as required.

• Experience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of manufacturing production processes, quality standards, and equipment programming/testing.
• Collaborative approach to problem solving and process improvement.
