Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Area Director who is responsible for overseeing the daily business performance of up to 8 early childhood education schools across the
Central Texas area
. Focused on operational execution, staffing, compliance, and enrollment growth, the Area Director ensures that each school delivers consistent, high-quality service while meeting financial, regulatory, and performance goals. The Area Director directly supports school Directors, visiting campuses regularly and driving accountability across all aspects of operations.

- Monday – Friday; year-round employment
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000/yr (commensurate with education, credentials, and multi-site experience)

- Develop and implement strategic business and enrollment plans, monitoring performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational checklists to ensure consistent standards across all schools.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing and TRS (Texas Rising Star) standards.
- Oversee CRM and Pro Care systems to ensure accurate lead tracking, enrollment management, and operational compliance.
- Onboard, coach, and evaluate Executive Directors and school administrators.
- Monitor key operational metrics including enrollment, staffing, budgets, and Quality Assurance (QA) performance.
- Collaborate with Finance on weekly reporting, forecasting, and P&L management to ensure financial goals are met.
- Support event planning, marketing initiatives, and community outreach to drive enrollment and family engagement.
- Partner with enrollment teams to develop local marketing strategies, community partnerships, and ISD relationships.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are implemented and followed across all school locations.
- Oversee school budgets, approve operational expenses, and recommend financial adjustments when needed.
- Work with HR to recruit, hire, and support school leadership staff.
- Promote professional development and training for school administrators.

Education:
Bachelors Degree or higher - Location: Must reside in the Central Texas area and be available to work onsite across the territory daily
- Multi-Site
Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Director, Head of School, Area Manager, or Regional Director title - Business Acumen: Comfort using data and KPIs to drive decisions and hold teams accountable
- Compliance Knowledge: Experience overseeing audits or managing regulated, compliance-driven environments.
- Background Check: Must successfully pass a background check.
