Commissioning Manager

This is a full-time, Contract (hourly rate) on-site role for a Commissioning Manager based in Austin, TX on a new build Data Center construction project. The Commissioning Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of commissioning processes for building services and infrastructure in data centers. Responsibilities include managing commissioning activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, overseeing contract management, facilitating procurement of resources, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.

• Expertise in Commissioning Management, including overseeing and executing commissioning processes and ensuring quality assurance
• Recent Data Center commissioning experience
• Strong knowledge of Building Services and related systems within the data center industry
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and tracking of project deliverables
• Experience in Contract Management and Procurement with the ability to manage vendor relationships and resources effectively
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with data center industry standards and compliance regulations
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
