• Assist the Community Manager in daily operations of the property
• Help lead leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts
• Support and supervise on‑site staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests with professionalism
• Ensure compliance with company policies and community standards

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Positive, professional, and motivated attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Previous property management or customer service experience a‑plus (training provided)
