Assistant Manager – Entry Level

Platinum Coastal Group Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry‑Level Assistant Manager to join our on‑site team. Role Overview

The Entry‑Level Assistant Manager will support daily operations, assist in supervising team members, and ensure the department runs efficiently. This position requires excellent communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a customer‑focused, dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support management in day‑to‑day operational tasks.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist in resolving inquiries or issues.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input to improve processes.
  • Assist with onboarding, coaching, and training new employees.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and inventory documentation.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred.
