Job Description

Park 6 Logistic is seeking a motivated and driven Leadership Development Trainee to join our team in Austin, TX. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the operational and managerial aspects of a growing logistics organization while developing the leadership skills necessary to guide teams and drive performance.

As a Leadership Development Trainee, you will participate in a structured training program that provides exposure to key business operations, team coordination, and strategic decision-making. The program prepares high-potential individuals to transition into leadership roles within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured leadership training program designed to develop operational and management skills
  • Assist in coordinating daily logistics and operational activities
  • Support department leaders in monitoring workflow efficiency and team performance
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution
  • Analyze operational data and assist in preparing reports for management review
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and leadership development workshops
  • Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards
