Chief Operating Officer (COO)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team at our corporate office in Austin, TX. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operational functions, driving operational excellence, and implementing effective business strategies to support our growth and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage daily operations across multiple departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership team to set and drive organizational vision and priorities.
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Implement operational best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior management and operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior operational leadership role.
- Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and Sales.
- Must have Hospitality industry experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing budgets and financial planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
