Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 60000 - 80000 USD Yearly USD 60000.00 80000.00 YEAR

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-large size projects. The Project Manager will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company and project policies, procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets.

Responsibilities

Project Ownership: Lead the planning, coordinating, execution, and closing phases of the project. Manage project resources efficiently and effectively.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure project quality and all project activities adhere to procedures, regulations, standards, and specifications.

Target Achievement: Drive the project team to achieve established targets and deliverables within scope, budget, and schedule.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Must be aware of other contractors activities and their impact on the project.

Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders. Manage RFI’s and submittals.

Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the project team and processes.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of PM experience in a construction related environment
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to function independently
Must be open to travel up to 50%
