What you will do

• Execute continuous financial forecasting and strategic budgeting to align performance with aggressive growth targets.
• Lead comprehensive international operations including entity administration, tax compliance, global insurance, and visa management.
• Manage full people‑operations lifecycle, from scaling top‑tier talent sourcing to overseeing payroll, compensation, and contracts.

The ideal candidate

• Proven senior experience (VP, CFO, COO) in finance or operations at a rapidly scaling startup, ideally with investment banking background.
• Exceptional mathematical aptitude for building business models and dashboards to automate finance tasks and inform decisions.
• Self‑directed, disciplined leader who thrives under pressure and is willing to travel to industrial sites to understand the core business.
