Job Description:Lead scaling and finance for a world-class AI team deploying technology in heavy industries. As Head of Operations and Finance, you will grow the team from 10 to 20+, manage a $10M funding round, oversee international expansion, and maintain strategic financial control across multiple countries.

- Self-directed, disciplined leader who thrives under pressure and is willing to travel to industrial sites to understand the core business.
