** Project Manager

** Candidates must reside in Texas and be available for on-site work. Preference will be given to those located in Austin, though applicants from other locations will also be considered.

* What You Will Do:

* + Oversee a multi-disciplinary team of communications professionals and subject matter experts (SMEs) supporting a high-profileindustry-led publicawareness campaign.
+ Serve as the lead point of contact for the client responsible for executing requests and managing overall program delivery.
+ Work collaboratively with team leads and SMEs responsible forcampaignstrategy anddeliveryand evaluation; work closely with managers to develop and administer budgets, commitments, plans and schedules, staffing, and other contract management requirements.
+ Advise the client on strategic planning forintegrated marketing efforts,ensuring alignment withclientobjectivesand priorities.
+ Manage relationships with senior-level clients and industry stakeholders to ensure programmatic success, buy-in, andclient satisfaction, adjusting course when needed andmaintainingan agile approach to program execution.
+ Oversee and review deliverables andcampaignmaterial to ensure quality control and alignment with the client's vision.
+ Launch andmonitorcampaignpulses across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, paid media, and public relations.
+ Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including team members, clients, or management, on campaign progress and key performance indicators.
+ Prepare post-campaign reports, including detailed analysis of results, lessons learned, and recommendations for future campaigns.

+ At least 7 years of experienceleadingpublic healthmarketingand communicationsefforts,managing large-scale campaigns,outreach and engagement programs

Experience with public health program/project management (with a focus on topics such as maternaland childhealth, emergency services, program member recruitment and retention,substance abuse prevention, mental health support, andXYZ
+ Knowledge of Texas Health and Human Services Commission and Texas Department of State Health Servicesculture and processes
