We are looking for an experienced Enrollment Operations Manager to lead enrollment administration activities and oversee a benefits enrollment platform. This position focuses on managing daily operations, supporting system processes, and guiding a small team to ensure accurate enrollment and billing workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and support a small enrollment administration team
Oversee daily operations within an enrollment management platform
Monitor enrollment, eligibility, and billing processes for accuracy
Coordinate system updates, data files, and workflow improvements
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve data or process issues
Maintain compliance with company standards and operational procedures

What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience working with the E123 platform
Background in enrollment operations, TPA functions, or insurance-related environments
Experience managing system workflows, eligibility files, and data processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
