Job SummaryThe Project Manager ensures the smooth operation and optimization of Lighthouse projects. They are responsible for maintaining and enhancing enterprise applications, providing advanced PM support, and driving the implementation of new solutions. Expertise in system administration and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues is essential in supporting the business operations and improving system efficiency.

Skills and Abilities
- Understanding of the disciplines of Project Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects and participating individuals and teams to achieve increased competencies and effectiveness levels
- Understanding and knowledge of administration functions associated with Sales Force CRM system.
- Familiar with data management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and orientation; able to establish and maintain rapport with internal and external customers.
