• General contract and subcontract administration.
• Scheduling, logistics and procurement of equipment and materials.
• Shop drawing and submittal review and coordination.
• Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting.
• Review of subcontractor and vendor applications for payment.
• Participation in and documentation of project coordination meetings.
• Supervision and coordination of subcontractors’ field installations.
• Review and negotiate change proposal pricing with subs, vendors and subcontractors.
• Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and timelines.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Quality control and project closeout.

• 3+ years of electrical experience in commercial construction project management.
• Accubid and Accubid change order experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office;
  Bluebeam & Navis experience are a plus.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
