Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will often serve as the primary interface with PMA clients and lead the client and project team through a successful process of strategic real estate planning, design, and construction of new buildings, tenant improvement buildouts, and facilities assignments. Some of the ways you will support our projects:

  • 8+ years of development and project management experience, within residential, hospitality, and research, and development manufacturing
  • Experience as an Owner’s Representative or Project Manager representing the fiduciary interests of the real estate developer or investor
  • Skilled at managing project teams successfully through all phases of the development and construction process
  • Involved with and led master planning, budgeting, pre‑construction, schematic design, design development, and construction documents phases, and construction/transition planning to build/project activation
  • Knowledgeable with regard to project pro forma, including development budgets, operations (revenues, expenses, cash flows), and resulting financial metrics (return on cost, IRR, etc.)
  • Demonstrated skills in managing successful projects and consistently meeting/exceeding client expectations and deadlines
  • Thoroughly understand project controls, project management, construction documentation, and sequencing
  • Working knowledge of alternate materials/methods, construction costs, value‑engineering techniques, and building/occupancy laws and lease requirements
  • Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
  • Show discretion in handling confidential information
  • Adopted at developing and maintaining long‑term relationships with clients and other development, design, and construction‑related and business professionals
