We are seeking an experienced Event Program Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end operational execution of NI’s events and programs. This role manages event planning, logistics, RFP processes, venue sourcing, agency and vendor partnerships, event technology tools, and lead‑capture workflows. You will collaborate closely with global marketing, field marketing, business units and regional teams to operationalize event strategy, streamline processes, and elevate the attendee experience across all event formats.

Success in this role requires a detail‑driven, solutions‑oriented leader who thrives in complex environments, manages multiple work streams with discipline, and brings strong operational rigor to every stage of event execution.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead end‑to‑end planning and operational execution for NI‑hosted events, trade shows, and virtual events.
  • Manage RFP processes, venue sourcing, site evaluations, and vendor/agency selection.
  • Manage agencies, production partners, and vendors throughout planning and execution.
  • Oversee logistics including room layouts, AV, catering, signage, registration, and onsite operations.
  • Maintain scalable processes, templates, and playbooks to drive operational consistency and efficiency to enhance attendee engagement and streamline workflows.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials, and training resources to ensure consistent event execution across teams and regions.
  • Manage select event technology tools and platforms, including configuration, testing, process management, and support as needed.
  • Ensure accurate lead capture, routing, tracking, and reporting in partnership with marketing operations.
  • Track event performance metrics and generate insights to optimize future investments.
  • Manage global event budgets, including forecasting, allocation, tracking, reconciliation, and financial oversight across multiple regions and programs.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8–10+ years of experience in event operations, event management, or experiential marketing (B2B preferred).
  • Experience with RFP management, venue sourcing, vendor/agency oversight, and budget tracking.
  • Proficiency with event management platforms, CRM/marketing automation systems, and lead‑capture workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with a disciplined approach to project execution.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including international travel.
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder.

  • Strong understanding of event technology tools and production workflows.
  • Expertise in lead‑management processes and CRM integrations.
  • Strong project and budget management experience across complex timelines.
  • CMP or other relevant event/marketing certifications.
