We are looking for an NCO Field Project Manager. You will own the day‑to‑day management of multiple opening projects at once—ordering and tracking equipment and materials, maintaining clear communication between the corporate team and field operations, and ensuring key milestones are met on time. You will also organize and manage opening‑related events, driving cross‑functional alignment so that every new club opens smoothly, on schedule, and in line with company standards and goals.
WhatYou’ll Do
The NCO Field Project Manager collaborates closely with the Director of New Club Openings and Operations to oversee new club opening projects. Responsibilities include ordering, tracking, and communicating between corporate team and operations. This role involves managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while coordinating cross‑departmental activities to ensure successful club openings. Additionally, the NCO Field Project Manager will organize and manage events related to new club launches, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company goals.
WhatSuccess Looks Like
- Flawless, on‑time club openings – Openings are delivered on schedule, on budget, and aligned with brand and operational standards.
- Strong cross‑functional alignment – Corporate and field teams stay informed with clear, consistent updates and proactive risk and issue management.
- High‑impact opening events – Enrollment, presale, VIP, and grand opening events are well‑organized, well‑attended, and support strong early member growth.
- Disciplined project management – Plans, checklists, and project tools are accurate, current, and give stakeholders clear visibility into status and next steps.
- Day‑one readiness – Audits and final checks ensure equipment, signage, technology, and supplies are in place, functioning, and meet specifications.
You are a highly organized, detail‑driven project manager who thrives in fast‑paced, multi‑project environments and enjoys turning complex plans into smooth, on‑time execution. You balance strong follow‑through with clear, confident communication, keeping corporate teams and field operators aligned through consistent updates, proactive risk management, and well‑run check‑ins. You are comfortable owning timelines, checklists, and tools, and you take pride in walking a site before opening and knowing every item—from equipment and signage to technology and supplies—is ready for Day One.
You enjoy coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders, managing events, and serving as the go‑to point of contact for all things related to new club openings, always looking for ways to improve processes while supporting the broader goals of the business.
