Senior Project Manager

We’re partnering with a well-established General Contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven K-12 construction experience in the Central Texas market.

This role is for someone who understands the nuances of public school construction — bond-funded projects, tight schedules tied to academic calendars, phased renovations, stakeholder communication, and strict safety standards.

They’re looking for a true leader who can run point on large, complex school builds and serve as the face of the project with owners, architects, and district leadership.

• 8+ years of construction experience with significant time as a Project Manager/SPM
• Direct K-12 experience (ground-up schools, major additions, or phased campus renovations)
• Strong understanding of public procurement and school district processes
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and large project teams
• Stable tenure and a track record of long-term commitments

• Strong pipeline of K-12 work in the Austin area
