Job Summary

The Manager of Security Advisors is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Security Solutions Advisors, a sales-oriented team responsible for the acquisition of Security whitespace accounts for SHI. This team is focused on prospecting, driving new meetings, project managing active opportunities, positioning SHI service offerings, and winning acquisition business. This person will be responsible for training, mentoring, coaching, and ensuring execution by the Security Solutions Advisors to ensure we provide a memorable customer experience as they onboard with SHI.

Role Description
  • Work with Sales Management & Security Engineering leadership to determine quarterly priorities based on current business requirements.

  • Ensure prospecting into whitespace accounts through cold calling, emailing, and prospecting for new opportunities and meetings.

  • Work with the team to drive growth for SHI by prospecting, qualifying, generating pipeline, and executing on key performance indicators.

  • Actively staying on top of company, competition, and technology knowledge.

  • Build working relationships with our Security Engineering team and our Security vendor partners to drive engagement with focus partners of SHI.

  • Act as a point of contact/escalation point for Security Solutions Advisors and internal SHI stakeholders to ensure any customer issues are acted upon quickly and addressed appropriately.

  • Stay current on new platform offerings for Security and SHI’s service offers in order to develop a team of subject matter experts.
