This is a prime opportunity for an experienced professional to drive business development, lead high-value land projects, and shape the growth strategy of a thriving engineering practice in Texas.

• Lead strategic project delivery and client engagement across a portfolio of land development and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Contribute to the development of new business, maintain key relationships, and execute technical project oversight.
• Oversee project budgeting, bidding, contracts, and performance reporting to ensure operational success.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams, coordinating workflows and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping regional growth by aligning team capabilities with the company’s long-term strategic goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 15+ years of civil engineering experience, with a strong leadership and project management background.

• Compensation: $200,000 - $230,000 approximate range.
