Regional Partner - Multifamily Development

Overview

We are representing a premier, principal-led real estate investment and development firm with a high-growth national footprint. Unlike many institutional shops, this firm is looking for a Regional Partner to spearhead their Texas platform, specifically focusing on the Austin and San Antonio markets.

This is a strategic leadership role designed for a professional who is looking for significant autonomy and a long-term professional runway. We are seeking a leader who wants to plant roots and grow with the firm over the next decade-plus.

This is not a role for a deal junkie or someone focused solely on acquisitions. Our client requires a heavyweight developer who possesses a mastery of the entire development life cycle:

• Sourcing & Underwriting:
  Identifying high-conviction opportunities in Austin and San Antonio.
• Design & Development:
  Leading the visioning, entitlement, and design phases for complex multifamily and mixed-use projects.
• Construction Oversight:
  Managing the execution phase to ensure projects are delivered with technical precision and on schedule.
• Asset Performance:
  Overseeing the project through lease-up and eventual disposition.

• Experience:
  
  You have navigated at least 4-5 projects through to completion and have a proven track record of delivering ground-up multifamily projects.
• Technical Depth:
  You have a background in development, design, or construction management and can speak the language of all three.
• Local Expertise:
  You possess a deep network and understanding of the Austin/San Antonio regulatory and development landscape.
• Growth Mindset:
  You are in a stage of your career where you are seeking a long-term home and are energized by the prospect of building a regional legacy.
