Position Summary
Adjuvant Behavioral Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Strategy and Operations to lead and scale our company operations. The VP, S&O will sit on the ABH Executive Leadership Team, and will be responsible for building and optimizing operational processes while managing and developing our programs teams, including CoCM, LITE, Front office, Back office, HR/Recruiting/People, Business Development, and Software teams.
Additionally, the VP, S&O is contributing to the strategic growth of the company. This role requires a visionary leader with strong operational expertise, and demonstrated impact and connections across the healthcare sector.
- Operational Leadership:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s core Functions, including Patient scheduling, Billing, HR and Recruiting, Business Development and Credentialing, by setting and managing towards ambitious quarterly growth goals - Strategic Growth:
Partner with the CEO to define and execute growth strategies, including scaling services nationally with existing partners (outlining clear partnership goals), and proactively identifying new partners who meet business objectives - Healthcare Industry Stakeholder Management:
Leverage healthcare knowledge and contacts to expand ABH’s reach and impact, including expanding into new lines of service (ex Collaborative Care Models) - High Performance Culture & Management:
Collaborate with the CEO to create a culture of high-performing teams, driving the annual planning and annual staff reviews, along with the evolving organizational structure as the company scales - Policy & Compliance:
Ensure all operations adhere to relevant healthcare regulations and company policies, and oversee quarterly Board Meeting planning
- Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within a healthcare startup and/or a fast-growing tele-health environment, including established relationships across the industry
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and optimize telehealth operational processes nationally
- Extensive telehealth policy knowledge across states and regions (ex: Medicare, Medicaid, etc)
- Significant experience building complex, external partnerships, optimizing for short term ROI and long term sustainability
- Executive leadership and maturity leading large, complex organizations with competing priorities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
