Duties include managing clinic operations, ensuring team excellence, and driving growth while maintaining Skin Spirit’s culture of love and passion.

NORTH AUSTIN – Arboretum Clinic (Austin, TX)

• Set vision and direction for the clinic team.
• Manage daily operations, workflow, schedules, inventory, revenue, and client feedback.
• Hold the team to highest standards of client service, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, retain, and develop a high‑performing, diverse team.
• Provide staff development through 1:1 touch‑bases and coaching.
• Improve systems, policies, and procedures for efficiency and service.
• Additional duties as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in medical/spa, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar field.
• Experience leading and developing diverse teams.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office); openness to new technology.

• Prolonged sitting at desk, repetitive movements, talking & hearing.
• Occasional standing, walking, use of hands, reaching, climbing, or balancing.
  • Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 30 lbs.
