Role SummaryAsymbl has entered its next phase of growth and is seeking a Vice President, Sales to help shape how the company scales. This is a defining leadership role with full ownership of bookings performance, pipeline health, forecast rigor, and sales team development across workforce applications, digital labor advisory, and consulting services.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Vice President, Sales will lead a high-performing sales organization and stay directly involved in complex, high-impact opportunities. This role requires a leader who knows how to sell multi-dimensional solutions, bring structure to ambiguity, and build a sales engine that can scale with discipline and consistency.
