Claims Training & Development Leader

A leading claims management company seeks a Claims Training and Development Supervisor to enhance the customer service experience and manage training teams. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, ensuring compliance with claims processes, conducting assessments, and aligning training programs with operational goals. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a call center, extensive knowledge of automotive claims, and strong communication and coaching skills.
