Atlas National Renovations is hiring a Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial and multifamily renovation projects in the Austin area. This role requires daily on-site leadership and hands on experience managing exterior renovation scopes. We are looking for a superintendent who knows the work, runs disciplined jobsites, and leads crews from the front.

• On site Monday through Friday
• Standard hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Daily jobsite presence is required

• Lead daily jobsite operations and field execution
• Manage multiple trade crews including framing, stucco, exterior painting, doors and windows, and decking
• Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor schedules
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
• Review plans and ensure work is installed per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate inspections with city officials and third‑party inspectors
• Maintain daily reports, progress photos, and jobsite documentation
• Communicate schedule updates, risks, and field conditions to the Project Manager
• Participate in punch walks and ensure timely closeout

• Proven experience with stucco systems and exterior building envelopes
• Strong background in exterior painting and coating systems
• Hands on experience with door and window installation
• Working knowledge of decking systems and structural framing
• Ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and quality control
• Ability to read and interpret plans and details
• Familiarity with local Austin building codes and inspection processes is a plus
