• Provide strategic leadership across technical and operational divisions
• Develop and execute operational strategies supporting growth, safety, and quality standards

• Drive continuous improvements in manufacturing, integration, and technical operations

• 5+ years of gaming‑specific experience, preferably in a B2B environment
• Highly collaborative, customer‑focused with demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and scaling teams strategically
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management, or related fields; with 10+ years in operational leadership
• Demonstrate experience with process improvement, regulatory frameworks, and high‑growth environments
