We’re looking to add a Sr. Director Operations located in US Texas Austin Research Blvd. This role reports to the Sr. Director Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Guarantee production, delivery in full, on time and in specifications at the most competitive cost.
- Define operational financial goals and establish and communicate Business Unit goals and assignments.
- Develop and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating goals.
- Meet with Executive Business at least monthly to review and evaluate key operating indicators.
- Attend quarterly business reviews with key customers.
- Partner with other business units to establish strategic plans and goals.
- Direct and control the activities on purchasing business, production control, planning, manufacturing engineering test engineering, maintenance, manufacturing and logistics.
- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
- 10+ years of related experience managing staff and P&L.
- Successful performance track record managing staff and P&L.
- Master’s or MBA degree preferred.
