Project Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish. Design-build experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical drawings and specifications
• Prepare labor, material, and cost estimates
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and field staff
• Conduct site visits as needed
• Manage projects within budget, schedule, and scope
• Attend project meetings and provide updates
• Complete project close-out documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or HS Diploma/GED with required competency card
• 5+ years of related field experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
