The Role
Scale View Partners is seeking a Vice President to join our team and play a critical leadership role in delivering outstanding outcomes for capital‑efficient, founder‑led technology companies in the lower middle market.
This is an execution-driven role where you will manage end‑to‑end deal processes, lead a team of associates and analysts, and serve as a trusted advisor to founders and CEOs navigating M&A and growth capital transactions. You will not be responsible for origination, but you will be a key contributor in building compelling pitches and ensuring every client engagement is executed flawlessly.

What You’ll Do- Lead execution:
Own day‑to‑day M&A and capital‑raising processes from kickoff to closing. - Manage teams:
Supervise, mentor, and develop associates and analysts to deliver best‑in‑class work. - Client interface:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clarity, guidance, and confidence throughout the process. - Deliver excellence:
Oversee preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, marketing materials, and diligence coordination. - Coordinate stakeholders:
Manage communications with buyers, investors, legal counsel, accountants, and other counter parties. - Support pitches:
Partner with directors and managing partners on pitch development to reinforce SVP’s reputation as the trusted advisor to founders.
- Experience:
5+ years of direct deal execution experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a strong preference for lower middle market, capital‑efficient, founder‑led M&A transactions. - Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire junior team members. - Technical excellence:
Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction process management. - Communication:
Exceptional presence and communication skills, with confidence engaging directly with founders, CEOs, and investors. - Judgment & ownership:
Ability to independently solve problems, take initiative, and drive processes forward. - Passion:
Strong interest in technology, entrepreneurship, and supporting founder‑led businesses.
