General Manager – Sales / Operations Manager

Amazing Lash Studio® is seeking a sales manager / operations manager to oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio.

• Provide continuous feedback and serve as a hands‑on role model for staff.

• Cultivate a positive culture with team recognition and studio contests.
• Maintain a friendly environment for guests, greeting and attending to customer questions promptly.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and customer service functions.
• Ensure the studio is clean and impeccably maintained.

• Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Availability to work early openings and late closings, 7 days a week.
• Excellent problem‑solving, goal setting, and delegation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Competent trainer and motivator.
• Experience with Mind Body Software is a plus.
