This full‑time, exempt position offers a competitive salary ranging from $ to $ depending on experience.

Responsibilities- Serve as a key member of the Executive Team, participating in organizational strategy, policy development, and long‑term planning.
- Manage the hiring, orientation, training, supervision, evaluation, and dismissal of direct reports, including senior leadership positions, in accordance with Agency policies and procedures. Ensure staff are informed, their activities are well coordinated, and they have the necessary resources to carry out their work.
- Provide financial leadership for the agency and its subsidiaries by:
- Developing and monitoring annual budgets, forecasts, capital plans, and business models.
- Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, audits, and tax filings; compliance with public and private funders; and adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Developing predictive models, dashboards, and financial analyses to guide executive decision‑making and contract management.
- Serving as staff to the Finance Committee of the Board of Governors and advising on financial policies, procedures, and investment strategies.
- Provide executive oversight of IT to ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, system efficiency, and technology strategy alignment with organizational needs.
- Oversee the planning, development, and management of new housing projects and agency facilities, including:
- Conducting needs assessments, site acquisition, financing, and pro forma development.
- Overseeing design development, contractor/vendor management, construction, and lease‑up activities.
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and controls to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion.
- Overseeing ongoing property management, facilities operations, maintenance, safety, and compliance with regulatory and funder requirements.
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO, supporting organizational growth, sustainability, and innovation.
- Prepare and deliver clear, data‑driven reports to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board of Governors to support governance and fiduciary oversight.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with funders, auditors, regulators, and partners.
- Ensure that departments comply with all requirements outlined by funding sources, licensure and accrediting bodies, the program, and the agency.
- Represent departments at leadership meetings as appropriate and communicate agency and leadership decisions to the team.
- Prepare for and actively participate in supervision meetings and all other required meetings or trainings.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, public administration, human resources, or a related administrative field.
- Requires 8+ years of related experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge/experience with requirements of federal funding and GAAP requirements.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a multi‑site, multi‑program environment.
- Demonstrated success with complex capital projects or large‑scale facilities management.
- Experience with nonprofit or government‑funded organizations preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
