Lovelyst Austin Family is seeking an Estate Manager to streamline and oversee household operations for a main residence while overseeing construction of a nearby ranch. Generous compensation DOE.

• Direct daily operations across 3 estates, ensuring property maintenance, vendor relationships, and household systems run smoothly
• Oversee budgets, renovation projects, record keeping; ensuring financial accountability and timely execution of initiatives
• Stabilize estate operations during transition periods by redesigning onboarding and workflow systems to enhance staff efficiency, accountability, and retention.
• Coordinate 7+ staff and vendor activities across properties to ensure seamless service delivery, acting as the central point of accountability for operational needs
• Institute estate-wide organizational systems for manuals, project tracking, and event planning, cutting inefficiencies and aligning operations with principal expectations
• Coordinate complex travel and high-profile events for principals and family members
• Serve as a trusted advisor to principals, balancing operational oversight with executive and family support while safeguarding discretion and confidentiality
