Controller – High-Growth Healthcare Group (Hybrid | Austin, TX)

A rapidly expanding healthcare group with a modern, entrepreneurial culture is seeking a Controller to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting. With 200+ employees and multiple locations across Texas—and more opening soon—this organization offers a collaborative leadership team and a hands-on environment where your impact will be felt immediately.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, the Controller will manage a team and lead core accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger, financial statement preparation, accounts payable, and vendor relationships.
• Lead quarterly reporting for banking and private equity stakeholders.
• Use Net Suite for accounting operations—experience with the platform is essential.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in small to mid-sized companies.
• Background in healthcare, retail, or multi-entity environments preferred.
• CPA or Master’s degree is a plus (but not required).
• A flexible, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset—this role requires wearing many hats.
