As a General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our luxury high‑rise community. You will oversee all aspects of community management, including resident relations, team leadership, financial performance, and property maintenance.   • Curate and host exclusive resident events and dynamic lifestyle programs, cultivating a tight‑knit community and a unique sense of belonging!
You are the Financial Specialist!
  • Manage budget preparation, financial reporting, and community income flow, ensuring the financial health and stability of the community.
  • Maximize net operating income (NOI) while ensuring a positive resident and associate experience, achieving both financial success and resident satisfaction!
  • Maintain precise financial records and uphold top‑tier integrity with strict accounting standards!
  • Analyze financial data, spot trends, and make smart recommendations to boost performance and efficiency!

Requirements
  • 5‑6 years of experience in the multifamily industry or a related hospitality field.
  • Must have Luxury High Rise experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of multifamily professionals (at least 2 years of experience).
