Join our Starbucks team in Austin as a General Manager! In this role, you'll lead daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, with potential travel for training at sister stores. You'll uphold company standards in product preparation, customer relations, facility maintenance, inventory management, and team leadership, focusing on recruitment and retention. With a commitment to financial accountability, you'll ensure every customer receives top-quality products and services.

- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Travel may be required for training at sister stores in other states.
- Uphold company standards across all areas, including:
- Product preparation and delivery
- Customer relations and satisfaction
- Facility maintenance and repair
- Inventory management
- Team leadership, recruitment, and retention
- Financial accountability
- Ensure every customer receives top-quality products and services.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed or assigned.
