We are looking for experienced account management professionals who can partner with Account leadership on book‑of‑business and team management. You will work closely with clients to steward their advertising and branding challenges and help them achieve their business goals. You will learn the difference between executing campaigns and building brands, working across digital, video, strategy, identity, and more.

• Lead and manage multiple client accounts, growing into a true Account Lead.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver omnichannel campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate across creative services and video production to support campaign execution.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert client service.
• Support the account team in strategic thinking and process improvement.

• Strategic thinking
• Highly organized with a respect for best‑in‑class process
• Strong relationship‑building capabilities
• Experience working in omnichannel campaigns
• 5‑7+ years of relevant industry/agency experience; creative agency experience strongly desired
• Proven ability to collaborate in a team‑oriented, multi‑agency workplace
• Familiarity with creative services and video production is a plus
