We collect data where automation is not possible, including features counting, photography, videography, speech recording, and area scanning for informed decision-making. Our teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready for new challenges.

The Shift Supervisor manages operations and acts as a liaison between the Client's program managers and vehicle specialists/operators. They oversee a team of operators to ensure efficient mission delivery.

• High School Diploma or GED;
  Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of operations experience leading teams

• Respond to system emergencies, investigate incidents, and complete reports
• Coordinate and supervise team activities, communicate issues, and propose solutions
• Address service problems and investigate unsafe locations
• Develop and oversee work plans in collaboration with the client
• Maintain high safety standards

• Proficiency in report and schedule generation via computer
• Understanding of system rules, policies, and routes
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed
