About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Installation Manager to oversee multiple commercial flooring projects throughout the Austin area. If you have a strong background in commercial flooring, solid leadership skills, and thrive in a boots-on-the-ground environment, this could be the next step in your career.

This role manages 2–5 job sites a day (5 on the high end), provides oversight and coordination for installers, ensures timely project execution, and delivers top-quality results in sectors such as education, healthcare, athletics, and corporate environments. You’ll also be equipped with a company vehicle and work closely with a down-to-earth, experienced team that values flexibility, accountability, and professionalism, without the corporate stiffness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on commercial flooring job sites (typically 1–3 month project cycles)
• Coordinate, direct, and support installers across multiple active projects
• Monitor project timelines, site conditions, materials, and installer performance
• Conduct minor hands-on work when needed, but focus on supervision and quality control
• Communicate progress and updates to internal teams via Excel and
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all applicable regulations
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction across projects

Who We’re Looking For:

• 5–10+ years of commercial flooring experience
• Previous management or crew lead experience
• Strong working knowledge of job site operations and installation timelines
• Confident communicator who can manage multiple sites and teams
• Comfortable with project management tools like  and Excel
• No residential flooring experience, please
