We are looking for a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner  to perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.

Required:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

* Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.

* dusts furniture, walls, light fixtures.

* May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.

* Mixes water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications

* Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment

* Gathers and empties trash

* Wipes and cleans tabletops, chairs

* Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures

* Services, cleans, and supplies restrooms

* Cleans glass doors

* Must keep janitor's closet neat and orderly and maintain equipment in good working order

* Requisition s supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties

* Miscellaneous duties as assigned
