Windsor South Lamar is a mid-rise style community consisting of 340 apartment homes.

Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.

Hourly:
Starting at $18.08 - $22.60 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.

Annual Starting Comp: $37,606 - $47,008.

• Maintain interior and exterior curb appeal of the property including cleanliness of amenity spaces, common areas, parking lots or decks, maintenance shop, and leasing office.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup as needed.
• Manage recycling and trash operations including trash chutes, enclosures, and compactor rooms.
• Apartment make‑ready support such as painting, cleaning, and light maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance projects.
• Support the company’s values and culture by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Basic computer skills and smartphone use.
• Ability to take direction and work independently through task completion.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs/ladders for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.
