Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting the Facilities Management Team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Maintenance Technician

Austin, TX

$23–$25/hr

• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and plumbing
• Oversee cleaning, landscaping, and security services to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Assist in sourcing and supervising external contractors and service providers
• Review work performed by vendors to ensure quality and contractual compliance
• Maintain facility records, compliance documents, and service contracts to support administrative functions

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher in business management, facilities management, or a relevant field is preferred
• Prior experience in facilities coordination or related roles is advantageous
• Proven organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, procurement, and budgeting
