• Experience with floor care (waxing, stripping, and sealing), power washing, and carpet shampooing
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift/carry 75 lbs., and perform demanding, repetitive cleaning tasks
• Ability to follow schedules and maintain job documentation
• Working knowledge of cleaning methods and safety practices (PPE, chemical interactions, etc.)
• Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Professional attitude, neat appearance, and a courteous team spirit
• Willingness to help with special projects as needed
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Our Housekeeper - Houseman keeps our facilities clean, neat, and organized to elevate the member experience. Always polite and friendly, you ll tackle the following:

• Shampooing carpets and rugs
• Dusting windows, beams, ceiling vents, and light fixtures
• Cleaning chandeliers and decorative lighting (indoors and outdoors)
• Power washing outdoor areas like the patio and golf terrace
• Scrubbing, polishing, and sealing stone and marble floors
• Cleaning and polishing brass and steel fixtures

• Washing inside and outside windows
• Deep cleaning upholstery and fabric furniture
• Pressure washing walls and outdoor walkways
• Disinfecting gym and exercise equipment
• Dusting vents and air returns
• Sweeping service corridors
• Cleaning skylights and ceiling fans
• Polishing wood panels, trim, and banisters
• Organizing and sanitizing storage and housekeeping closets

• Cleaning up after emergencies (spills, accidents, storms, etc.)
• Helping set up and take down decorations for holidays and events
• Completing floor care (waxing, stripping, buffing, and sealing)
