This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance checks, and ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and equipment. This position involves working closely with property managers to maintain high standards for tenant satisfaction and property performance.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Ability to work independently and handle on-site challenges effectively
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to property maintenance
• Prior experience in property maintenance or similar roles is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certifications are a plus
